March Akroville Launch
I am excited to announce the first launch at the Akroville field for the 2021 season !!!. It will be fun to get together for the day at our local field.

If you feel sick - Stay home!
General Covid Precautions - We will be following the CDC guidelines for outdoor activities.
Social Distancing - Please keep a six-foot distance between you and others while in the public area around the check-in and RSO review.
Pop-ups - Leave 10 ft between you and your neighbor
Masks - Makes are to be worn when in the public areas which include check-in, RSO review, and on the range.
Check-in - Please Pay online in advance. This is important - if at all possible, please sign up online in advance
Flight cards - Collect your flight cards at check-in and fill them out at your set-up area using your own pen.

The entrance to the field is through the Akroville Airport gate on Waide road, which on the east side of the airport.
Follow the TNT launch signs from Waide road.
Waiver: Commercial Motors: 7,000 ft AGL with call-ins to 9000 ft AGL
Research Motors: 6,000 ft AGL with call-ins to 8,000 ft AGL
Motors: Limited to M class or smaller
High Power Flyers: Must produce a current TRA or NAR membership card indicating your certification level
Restrictions: No Sparky Motors - this is a grass field.
Online registration prior to the event is mandatory: No registrations at the field if at all possible
Range Fees:
Low Power Fliers (G and below) Free
Student Members $10.00
TNT Club Members $20.00
Non Club Members $30.00
If you are strictly flying low power - no registration is necessary ... Just come join us at the field and check in at the registration tent.
There will be a port-a-potty on site for the launch. The cost to rent it $200 so, as always, donations toward this are always appreciated.
